Education has always been considered as a multi faceted ability, as it has always been regarded as such an wealth, which goes on increasing as you share. But a blend on competition in education system has deteriorated its original ethics and values. Today educations have succumbed to nothing but values of numbers and percentiles. Leave alone the child, the parent themselves have felt the heat of pressure building upon their child on the anvil of leading the merit list. These and many such criteria of topping the merit list or scoring higher than the other competition, has ended the true values of education, with building unwanted pressure and stress, most particularly in the age group of teens.
Dr. MANISHA PATEL who is a successful paediatrician in the city of RAJKOT and also a TEENAGE consultant, gave broad spectrum on how efficiently and easily one can deal with such age related stress and problems. She also highlighted the hormonal changes that a child undergoes during this age group and the landmarks to notify such changes. The issues were discussed with suitable behavioural remedies and tips for parents to deal with child transferring from child hood to puberty to adolescences to adult.
The event was attended by large number of members of Masonic Ladies Club and their guests and it turned out to be very useful event in their day to day life.
A memento of appreciation was presented to Dr. MANISHA R PATEL and the event was concluded with huge applause and more demands of such useful events on the forthcoming meetings.
